Research Use Requests
Research Use Applications apply to studies and related activities including pilot or test studies, species surveys, and sampling requests.
- Contact the Associate Director to discuss your interest in using OSBS before submitting an application.
- Faculty are required to complete an application for each graduate/undergraduate student study.
- A Project Portal account will need to be established before an application can be started/submitted.
Project Portal
Applications are submitted through our Project Portal and will require you to establish a portal account first. Only the named registered user of an account is permitted to submit applications or request data sets. Your Portal account will allow you to submit use applications (Research, Teaching, or Special Use), manage your projects, courses, and requesting of data sets. Once the account is approved, you will be notified regarding starting submission of your application.
